Durable floors an aesthetic hospital

St John of God

St John of God

The St John of God Berwick Hospital is a $120 million private healthcare project that created 210 beds, the first intensive care unit for the region,  theatres, cardiac/vascular laboratories, birthing suites, a chapel, and much more needed by the Berwick community.

The Challenge

The hospital needed to be completed quickly and on a tight schedule, working on a full construction site with multiple contractors and teams that was being developed in several phases. Flooring needed to have a high level of hygiene and durability, as well as suiting the hospital’s world-class feel.

The Result

Using world-class floor and wall vinyl, a stylish aesthetic was achieved in line with high healthcare standards. Meeting spaces and offices were completed in high-quality carpet and carpet tiles, bringing a level of comfort as well as usability to the space. The installation team worked within the hospital project and architect’s guidelines to deliver an exceptional and clean installation on a busy site.
