This ambitious remodel of the old St Albans Leisure Centre into the state-of-the-art Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre is a council project that embodies every aspect of modern health, fitness, and fun.
As a leisure centre, Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre needed unique flooring solutions to support swimming areas, fitness studios, saunas, meeting rooms, function spaces, and more. This flooring needed to be able to withstand high levels of moisture, high traffic, and be easy to keep clean.
Using a combination of styled and custom-chosen rubber and vinyl for high-moisture areas, our team selected and installed durable, hygienic flooring in line with the public facility project’s budget. This included stylish rubber matting around pools and splash area to provide a quick-drying, non-slip space. We combined this with high-quality carpet tiles and vinyl flooring for function and meeting spaces, creating a modern and stylish community space that everyone would be proud to use.
