With a strong architectural design and an emphasis on natural elements and minimalism, the flooring needed to be designed, selected, and installed to exact specifications to create the luxurious and modern lifestyle the apartments support. It needed to be installed while working alongside other contracting teams delivering projects such as lighting, electrical, plumbing and kitchen installation.
Working with the architects and interior design team, we delivered custom carpets as well as vinyl, rubber, and timber flooring that creates a truly bespoke and natural feel to the building, meeting needs for both style and functionality. The quality of the flooring and installation works seamlessly with the strong design elements, most notably the custom carpet and herringbone designs.
